Overview
This project was born out of a need for better coordination between legal, operations, and business teams when handling external partnerships. By building an internal dashboard tailored to the company’s workflow, we cut response times by 50%, reduced missed renewals, and enhanced transparency. The tool is planned to be scaled for multi-branch usage by Q4 2025.
